Having developed his very first web site back in 1996 for Southern Illinois University, Fernandes has since never looked back on a career that spans over 14 years in the web development industry. His first major landing was in 1998, with Corneilius and Merril Corporation, one of Chicago's leading Information Management consultants, where he worked as a usability and testing specialist. Since then he has worked in various web related business management roles for american multi-nationals such as General Motors, Radioshack(Texas), Lee Jeans, Promotions Group Central and Animal Events group, an online website that was featured on several major American magazines as a result of Fernandes' work. He joined Mawaqaa in Nov 2005, where his responsibilities include overseeing overall operations, quality standards and processes and product development . He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, USA, and is a prominent writer for the Sitepoint network, the world's premiere web development magazine.

Narine's extensive career began as a senior computer instructor for New Horizon's Education institute a leading Training and development organization in Kuwait, back in 2001. Leveraging on the experience gained, she moved to Humansoft's Training and Library division where she was responsible for managing projects in channel marketing, product development and distribution channel execution. Al Tanmiya Holding (Qualitas) was where she would find her next role as Marketing Projects and PR manager where her responsibilities included Managing schedules, advertising vendors, budget optimization and resource control. At Mawaqaa, she currently serves as Projects Manager where her technical background, coupled with marketing savvy allows her to manage demanding web projects for discerning clients.
