Mohammed Al Bawi
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Under Al Bawi' leadership, Mawaqaa's mission has always been to continually deliver innovation and advancement in web technology. In 2002, Mohammed Al Bawi officially registered Iridium plus Technologies with a mission to develop high standard, creative and highly functional websites for clients in Kuwait and the middle east. Since then he has been the architect behind several high profile web projects in Kuwait, a fact attributed to his vision of seeing the company develop indigenous products and services through in-house staff and resources.
Al Bawi currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the company, where he is responsible for shaping the company's future plans and strategies. His committment to a long term vision is reflected through investments in the area of research and development.

Ghadeer Neamati
Senior Projects Coordinator Ghadeer began her career in the web design and development industry back in 1999 with Kuwait National Petroleum Company where she worked as a creative flash designer for an intranet website. From KNPC, she moved to EBLA consulting where she led efforts in developing Visual Basic based applications and services. After EBLA, Ghadeer joined Kuwait Airwways where she was responsible for managing and supervising ISO9001:2000 automation processes. In 2004, she joined Iridium Plus Technologies as projects coordinator and designer. She currently serves as senior projects coordinator at Mawaqaa, where her people and project management skills give her the necessary firepower she needs to handle some of the biggest web projects in Kuwait. Ms. Neamati holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Kuwait University.

 Caesar Fernandes
Executive- Research and Business Development
Having developed his very first web site back in 1996 for Southern Illinois University, Fernandes has since never looked back on a career that spans over 12 years in the web development industry. His first major landing was in 1998, with Corneilius and Merril Corporation, one of Chicago's leading Information Management consultants, where he worked as a usability and testing specialist. Since then he has worked in various web related business management roles for multi-nationals such as General Motors, Radioshack(Texas), Lee Jeans, Promotions Group Central and Animal Events group, an online website that was featured on several major American magazines as a result of Fernandes' work. He joined Mawaqaa in Nov 2005, where his responsibilities include managing business development, sales and the company's specialist consultancy services. He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, USA, and is a prominent writer for the Sitepoint network, the world's premiere web development magazine.

Genesis DeSilva
Team Leader- Applications Analysis and Development
Genesis began his career as CSD support staff in Bayan Telecommunications Philippines (BayanTel) back in 1997. From BayanTel, he moved to El Sief Engineering Contracting (ESEC) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1998, where he worked as a programmer and systems administrator responsible for various in-house application development for the head office. Genesis' extensive analytics and project monitoring experience in the IT industry helped him join Mawaqaa in December 2003. He currently serves as Systems Analyst and Application Development Team Leader. He holds an MBA from Ateneo De Naga University, and a Bsc in Computer Science from Univeristy of Nueva Caceres, Philippines. |
